Not only did I receive this in perfect condition (in only one day I might add) but it looks great! My son goes through book bags like you wouldn't believe but this seems way more rugged and durable. The shoulder straps are comfortable (well as comfortable as they can be lugging around three text books). Lots of room. Thumbs up!

| This pack has plenty of room! I used it in a trip in Europe that required a lot of walking. Even though I had it pretty heavy because of all my contents, it distributed the weight to where my back did not notice the extra weight. |

I liked the backpack because of more room and a number of holders.
Best of all, i liked the holder for a mp3 player and a small hole thru which u can have the headphones connected to mp3 player. |

I can see why this backpack is Amazon's number one seller -- it is roomy, sturdy, and has lots of pockets and space for not only a laptop, but anything else you might want to carry.
The extra padding makes it extremely comfortable to carry on your back.
I've shopped for a pack for weeks in NYC and have not found anything nearly approaching this quality for the price. A real bargain, and I can't wait to use it every day, when I walk, and ride my bike or scooter.
Also, I recommend LuggageGuru -- they had the best price, and their customer service was outstanding. They found a pack in the color I wanted and swapped it out for the one ordered online. Even the shipping and tax was less than Macy's (who did not have the color I wanted in stock). |
