Sometimes I need a scarf for protection from the wind but don't need the excessive warmth of wool. This flannel scarf is extra long so you can wrap it around your neck a couple of times but not so thick you end up sweating or passing out from heat stroke. Since it's flannel, it's very soft and comfortable, too. No itching!
