| This isn't a bad pack, it just isn't great. I returned it. The drink holder isn't insulated and it's uncomfortable if you don't have anything on the other side to balance it. Also, the straps need to be wider, at least where they connect to the pack. I also thought this was a little overpriced. |

| Comfortable, and the water bottle holder is a nice addition (I used it for purchased bottled water, instead of carrying the bottle that came with the pack). The main pocket is a little smaller than I expected, but still carried everything I required. |
