This shoe is light and "airy". My feet are allowed to breath with the way the uppers are made. I bought this shoe as a trainer, not the best idea. I run on country roads and have had issues of rocks getting stuck in the bottom of the shoes.

| I prefer Saucony over any other brand of running shoe. This shoe, in particular, is the best one of all the Sauconys I've worn. It's very light and extremely comfortable -- perfect for my every day treadmill running purposes. When I was first breaking them in, they irritated the backs of my feet a bit (I think they go higher than other styles), but after the first few runs I was in heaven. |
