The Stability Guide (located at medial post) motion control device secures and supports the heel, while the EVA midsole slows the rate of pronation. Heel impact is isolated with the Impact Interface, and the Arch Lock provides a snug midfoot fit while centering the foot on the midsole platform. Recommended for normal arches. Excellent shock absorption and comfort is achieved with ProGrid technology, which absorbs impact, dissipates shock, and provides a seamless transition from heel through forefoot, as well as dual-density SSL EVA midsoles, which maximize rebound and durability while minimizing weight. Ortholite insoles provide improved step-in comfort with rebound properties, and the included SRC Impact Zone technology provides shock attenuation and sets the foot up for a smooth transition, while Impact Interface technology cushions and isolates heel impact. Arch Lock technology makes for a snug midfoot fit, and the included HRC Strobel Board increases cushioning and comfort. The shoe is finished with a blown-rubber XT900 outsole. |
